Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as custom-made, intimate, or personal-use products may not be eligible for return.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted or could face delays.
Inspection and Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Restocking fees, original shipping charges, or other deductions may apply depending on the condition of the return.
If you do not see your refund after a few days, please check with your payment provider or bank. If further help is needed, our support team is here to assist.
Sale Items
Products purchased at a discount or on clearance are eligible for return unless otherwise stated. Refunds for these items will reflect the final price paid at checkout.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Availability is not guaranteed, and price differences or additional shipping charges may apply.
Return Instructions
After receiving your RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship your return using a tracked shipping method to the address provided by our support team.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
A restocking fee may apply based on the product category and return condition. You will be informed of any such fees in advance. If the return is not due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for return shipping, which may be deducted from your refund.
